About me


I am a problem solver, an out-of-box thinker, mindful & compassionate, and overall a hard worker. I was born on the East coast, raised in a small coastal town off the Pacific coast in Oregon and currently reside in Portland, Oregon. After earning a B.S. in General Science at Oregon State University, I continued my journey towards Pharmaceutical Studies earning my second B.S. I ultimately set eyes on Information Technology and have not looked back. I’ve been an IT Senior Support Technician for 5 years at a Managed Service Provider and currently am a Network Technician for a Nonprofit. This experience has afforded me invaluable skills starting at the Help Desk and further migrating to the Infrastructure team. Through my years of experience, I’ve earned a CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, and Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate while currently embarking on a path towards attaining a CompTIA Security+ certification. I have been fortunate to have developed various skills and experienced multiple technologies during my recent tenure as a technician.     Experience with Cisco Routers and Switches, configurations and troubleshooting. Remote Management and Monitoring of nodes via Solarwinds for Cisco Meraki, APC, Cyberpower, & Eaton UPS devices. L2TP VPN connections.

  • Documentation

    Experience in upkeep of documentation via IT Glue

  • PC hardware and peripheral support

  • Microsoft O365 and Azure Administration. Active Directory and Entra ID administration
